Our Kick-start has brought to all participants the lightness of the running and released in the group good mood and energy. That is why we want to continue and develop these trainings – for all the runners!
We would start on Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 18.30 pm with a billy for all levels. The common outdoor running would take 1 hour to 90 minutes, professionally accompanied by our coaches.
